Download htcs gingerbread update file

All the Google phones has a market. Make sure u put free AntiVirus so u can choose which one is the best for u. Is HTC going to send a new update to fix these problems? Txt messages show numbers instead of names. Really annoying. I am also having the same issues and more ringtones constently reset to the most annoying default.

I thought I was the only one who had the same glitch— phone number displaying from the text contact but not their name. I have not memorized a phone number since This is frustrating. Same problems here. Mine does the same thing everyone here has mentioned..

I mean, its temporary until HTC can figure out how to fix these bugs. I have many other glitches since this update. Very irritating. Looking forward to another update that will hopefully fix all this mess.

I think the problem is that you can not just unzip the update. The file has a signature verification that you will lose when extracting and rezipping, so just extract the update. Mine works like a charm, with having it still arooted and programs frozen EDIT: I can confirm that it works, even being arooted and having unimportant bloatware frozen. The file is packed a little unorthodox but just unpack the update.
